The main subjects I teach are coaching leadership, systemic leadership, competence-based education, design thinking and pedagogical teamwork. My focus is on encouraging students to realise the importance of the internal work they need to embark on in order to build and foster the right mindset for their teaching and educational leadership position. Along with my academic work, I am actively involved in civic society sector, where I support individuals and organisations with providing them different development workshops. On European level, I am active in numerous projects with partners from wide range of countries. One of my favourite project is linked to my work as a capacity building expert for patient organisations in Europe in areas such as organisational health, leadership and fundraising.
