Associate Professor of Instruction at University of South Florida and author of Believing Philosophy: A Guide to Becoming a Christian Philosopher

Dolores G. Morris is an Associate Professor of Instruction in the philosophy department at the University of South Florida. She earned her PhD from the University of Notre Dame, working under the direction of Dr. Alvin Plantinga. As a "professor of instruction," a non-tenure-earning lectureship, Dolores teaches a wide range of courses. She is committed to teaching in a way that raises the bar for students while equipping them with what they need to meet those expectations. Outside of the classroom, she writes about the philosophy of mind, philosophy of religion, and especially those places where the two overlap. She lives in Tampa with her husband, their 3 children, one dog, and a handful of chickens.
