Sara is a PhD candidate in Business Ethics at the University of Lucerne and an award-winning lecturer specializing in Responsible Management Education.

Sara is currently pursuing her PhD in Business Ethics at the Lucerne Graduate School in Ethics LGSE at the University of Lucerne. Her research is dedicated to Responsible Management Education, exploring ways to promote ethics, responsibility and sustainability in business education and management learning. Sara holds a Master's degree in Economic and Organizational Sciences from the University of the Bundeswehr Munich, where she completed a dual study program while working for the world's largest reinsurer Munich Re (in London, Geneva, Zurich and Munich). Her academic work has been presented at international conferences, demonstrating her commitment to advancing the field of business ethics and responsible management. She is an award-winning lecturer and recipient of the LaKoF Bayern Doctoral Fellowship (previously she was a recipient of the Hanns-Seidel-Foundation Doctoral Fellowship). In her free time, she enjoys singing and playing piano with her 3-year-old son, dancing, and cherishing every moment she spends with her family.
