Johann Ducharme, Ph.D. is an assistant professor of entrepreneurship in the newly formed School of Innovation & Entrepreneurship at the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics. His teaching and research focus on the intersection of entrepreneurship, leadership and intellectual virtues, exploring how qualities such as humility, curiosity and creativity shape entrepreneurial ecosystems and organizational leadership.
